About Bosol Hipotecas
Bosol Hipotecas is a chain of competent and independent mortgage and tax advisors spread over the entire country of Spain. Bosol Hipotecas always focuses on the clients personal situation. Our advice is based on his or her wishes and interests.
Because Bosol Hipotecas works with a large number of Spanish banks it can afford the solidity and independence to give you a custom-made advice. There are always differences; even if they have equal type, interest or term.
The mortgages differ in
- the conditions that come with the mortgages
- obligatory insurances
- valuation costs
- costs of mortgage advisors
Some "advisors" charge you a considerate amount apart from the reimbursement they receive from the money suppliers. In that case you pay twice for the same service.
Free
Our advice is free and without engagement. The costs Bosol Hipotecas makes are always reimbursed by the companies that supply the money. We do not charge you for taking out a mortgage*.
Why not simply go to a bank?
* In case of the low interest plan it could occure that Bosol Hipotecas will charge you the set-up fee instead of the moneylender.
You will pay the same set-up fee as with a normal mortgage but costs will be paid via Bosol Hipotecas and not via the moneylender.
This has to do with the location of the mortgage. The moneylender will not charge any additional fees and Bosol Hipotecas will take care of
all the costs which will be necessary for the mortgage.
